Getting Started
Everything you need to get up and running with FLX Fit.
How do I set up my FLX Fit account?+
After signing up, you'll be guided through our onboarding flow. This includes setting up your coach profile, adding your business details, and inviting your first client. The whole process takes around 10 minutes. If you need help, our team is available at support@flxfit.com.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — all new accounts come with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
Can I import data from another platform?+
Yes. FLX Fit supports CSV imports for client data and programme content. For migrations from specific platforms, contact our support team and we'll help you through the process.
How do I invite clients to the platform?+
From your dashboard, go to Clients → Add Client. Enter their email address and they'll receive an invitation to download the FLX Fit app and connect with you. You can track the status of pending invitations from the same screen.

How many clients can I manage?+
Client limits depend on your subscription plan. The Starter plan supports up to 10 active clients, the Pro plan up to 50, and the Team plan is unlimited. You can upgrade at any time from your account settings.
What does the client engagement score mean?+
The engagement score reflects how actively a client is using the app — logging workouts, responding to messages, and booking sessions. A score above 70% is considered healthy. Clients with low scores will appear in your action queue so you can follow up.
How do I archive or remove a client?+
Go to the client's profile and select Settings → Archive Client. Archived clients are removed from your active roster but their data is retained. To permanently delete a client and their data, select Delete Client — this action cannot be undone.

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure payment provider Stripe. We do not store card details on our servers.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+
Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings → Billing. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?+
Yes — annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. You can switch to annual billing from your account settings at any time. The discount is applied to your next billing cycle.
Mobile App

Where can clients download the app?+
The FLX Fit client app is available on the Apple App Store. Clients can also scan a QR code from their invitation email to go directly to the download page.
What devices does the app support?+
The client app supports iOS 14+ and Android 8+. The coach platform is web-based and works on any modern browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge are all supported.
A client can't log in to the app — what should I do?+
First, check that the client has accepted their invitation email. If the invitation has expired, you can resend it from their profile. If they're still having trouble, ask them to use the 'Forgot Password' option on the login screen, or contact us at support@flxfit.com.
